The Story of being Photographer

Hi my name is Kalina I'm 23 years old. I love taking portraits pictures and exploring different place in Idaho and finding the gems that are in Idaho. When I'm exploring I always have my camera so I'm ready to capture the beauty of Idaho and the people that live here.

I never thought I would find a love for taking portraits pictures they had always scared me because I was to worried I would mess up. In December of 2020 I was asked to take pictures for our youth group. I had no clue at that point how to take pictures with people in them let alone of people moving. but shortly after doing that once a week I got pretty good at it and started really enjoying it. And then the summer of 2021 was when I started doing portraits pictures but also still doing the action pictures once a week. I fell in love very quickly with portraits pictures and all the action pictures

From July to present I have done 9 session: 4 just signal sessions, 3 senior session, 1 engagement and 1 couple session. 9 session may not seem like a lot but I'm loving it and I'm just stating.

I don't know everything about my camera or editing but every time I use my camera I learn something new and it helps me widen my experience. I'm still looking and researching new ways to edit my pictures. I love editing my pictures that's my favorite thing to do. But I also love just spending time looking through the lens of my camera and capturing the memory.
